Yesterday, I had the privilege of giving a talk at the Small Business Expo's Sacramento virtual event. This talk is based off of a product & design talk I've presented at multiple tech conferences, and in this version I've taken all the tech jargon out and tried to make customer research as easy-to-understand as possible for a broad audience of entrepreneurs and business owners.
